We want you to be fully satisfied with your Kangol purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Headwear

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing the brim or crown during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
